How ColumnStore Table Row Segments behave under each partition

Hi Team,

I have a columnstore table with shard key with a different column and clustered columnstore key with the Year, Quarter and Week.

So, after the data distribution.
For example if there is a row segment ranging 2022 - Q1 - 01 till 2022 - Q2 - 02

Does the above row segment present in all the partitions in the cluster?

We have a basic dev cluster on AWS.
Version is 7.6
