I could not find the file memsql-ops-7.0-15.tar.gz.

MemSQL is now installed via tools: SingleStoreDB Cloud ยท SingleStore Documentation

memsql-ops is being deprecated. We are adding UI to tools and once that is done ops will become obsolete.
