Query length limit?

Hi!

Is there a limit to the length of a query in SingleStore? I couldn’t find anything about this in the documentation.

Hi Erica. Great question that I bet others have scratched their head about. Thanks for asking. Hopefully they’ll find this post soon and won’t have to be wondering for too much longer. :raised_hands:

There is no hard limit on query length in SingleStore. However, performance is contingent on a few factors (cluster size, resource utilization, concurrency, etc).

max_allowed_packet

is an effective limit on query size, however.
