Can anyone help me understand the difference between singlestore/cluster-in-a-box vs memsql/cluster-in-a-box ?

They should be the same thing. I think they are aliases on DockerHub, or they push the images to both registries. There was a name change in the product, so would recommend to use SingleStore moving forward.
