Overview

During this workshop, we’ll live-stream from Dzone’s HQ for an interactive technical Kafka tutorial. SingleStore’s senior technical resource Akmal Chaudhri will guide participants through the development of a real-time omnichannel customer behavior dashboard. We will show how to source data from disparate systems (ex: web clickstreams, mobile app user data, in-store purchase activity) to feed a powerful analytics dashboard. This type of initiative can drive improved customer experience and revenues (ex: more relevant product recommendations online based on in-store activity).
