SingleStoreDB Cloud Is Now Available in Microsoft Azure Marketplace
The World’s Fastest Unified Database for Data-Intensive Applications Is Easier Than Ever for Enterprises to Procure
San Francisco, CA - June 29, 2021 - SingleStore, the world’s fastest unified database for data-intensive applications, today announced that SingleStoreDB Cloud is available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, providing Microsoft customers with an easy way to procure SingleStore technology.
“Enterprises are demanding cloud-first solutions. By making SingleStore available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, we are taking another step to align with this important customer requirement,” said SingleStore CEO Raj Verma. “Our customers can now enjoy the best of both worlds – a database that is the most performant and versatile in the industry and offers enterprises the quickest way to get what they need to deploy their most critical workloads.”
SingleStore is the unified database for data-intensive applications. This distributed SQL database supports transactions and analytics; handles structured, unstructured and semi-structured data; and works in public clouds, on-premises environments and hybrid deployments.
SingleStore features separate storage and compute, which supports both transactional and analytical workloads. It offers point-in-time recovery (PITR), which enables system-of-record capability. SingleStore delivers universal storage with multicolumn key support, so customers no longer need separate operational and analytical systems, and developers don’t have to dedicate valuable time to extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) to a data warehouse to perform analytics. It also makes queries run faster and decreases complexity and friction.
