SingleStore Managed Service offers the same capabilities, including the ingest and query performance, scalability, and resiliency available in our self-managed software, but without having to worry about installation or cluster administration.
SingleStore automatically provisions infrastructure, deploys and configures cluster software, maintains availability, provides scalability, performs backups, and handles software upgrades including SingleStore, operating system, and system software.
The easiest way to get data into SingleStore Managed Service is by uploading your dataset to Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage and using SingleStore Pipelines to ingest your data quickly. Get started now.
SingleStore handles all provisioning and management of the cluster, but customers have access to 24x7 support from SingleStore for resolving issues that arise while using the database.
SingleStore is built on a cloud-native and highly resilient architecture that features high availability within the cluster. When cloud instances fail, SingleStore transparently handles the failures, replaces instances, and maintains cluster availability to the application.
Customers with existing self-managed licenses can not apply licenses or contracts to SingleStore Managed Service. Contact your sales representative for more details.
There is no data ingress cost for SingleStore Managed Service but you may incur a charge from your Cloud Service Provider (CSP). For data egress, SingleStore Managed Service includes up to 1TB of data transfer. Anything above that will be charged based on rates set by the cloud provider selected.
SingleStore performs daily backups on all data.
