External Referral Program

Our External Referral Program rewards individuals outside our company who connect us with top-tier talent for high-priority roles. To participate in this limited-time program, you must be an individual (i.e., not a business entity) and at least 18 years of age. This program is active for a limited duration, and all eligible referrals must be submitted before August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST to qualify for a bonus payout.  Please note that this program strictly applies to eligible Senior and Principal level Engineering roles. Payouts range up to $5,000 USD depending on the hire's region. Before submitting please review our full Terms & Conditions to ensure both you and your candidate meet all the eligibility requirements. 

To ensure that your referral is considered for the most appropriate position, we encourage you to provide a resume and job number. Please note that all current SingleStore employees should continue to refer using our Employee Referral Program, not this program.
