Simplified data loading, now through an intuitive UI
Previously, loading data into SingleStore required users to navigate through our documentation and write SQL queries for creating table schema, pipeline statements and data mappings — powerful, but often time-consuming and complex. We listened closely to your feedback and have redesigned this experience.
With our new fully guided UI-based workflow, you can easily bring data from your source directly into your SingleStore database. The UI wizard automatically creates matching table schemas, sets up pipelines and configures mappings — no SQL required.
Just provide your source details, select the desired tables or datasets and SingleStore handles the rest.
Direct file uploads: Analyze instantly
We understand developers want to prototype and run queries quickly when exploring a new database. To support this, we’ve introduced the ability to directly upload files in different formats like CSV, JSON, Parquet and Avro files into SingleStore. Want to analyze your expenses? Just upload your bank statements directly to SingleStore and explore your data immediately. Our inference engine automatically infers the contents of your data. Need more control? Use advanced settings to fine-tune data type inference and schema creation.
Extensive source coverage + easy discovery
While we're expanding UI workflows for more data sources (Postgres, Oracle, SAP, etc.), we've introduced pre-built notebooks for different sources that do not offer UI setup yet. Whether your data resides in Kafka, Iceberg, vector datasets, JSON formats or other specialized sources, these notebooks ensure you can quickly onboard and analyze your data in SingleStore.
And we've made discovery simpler too — our integration with Gallery allows you to quickly search and access the right notebook for your specific data source.
Current no-code integrations
The SingleStore Helios portal now supports no-code data loading from:
- MongoDB®
- MySQL
- CSV/JSON/ Avro/Gz file uploads
- Amazon S3
