What is Gartner Voice of the Customer?
Gartner Voice of the Customer is a synthesized report built on Gartner Peer Insights™, a free peer review platform where verified users share honest evaluations of IT software and services. This report aims to give technology buyers an inside look into user satisfaction, willingness to recommend and vendor performance across different market segments.
Inclusion in the report is based on user interest and adoption (review volume, market coverage and users’ willingness to recommend) and an overall experience score, derived from ratings on product capabilities, support and delivery and overall satisfaction.
To be considered, vendors must receive a qualifying number of eligible reviews between October 2023 and March 2025 — excluding reviews from partners or very small companies (under $50M in revenue).
